All orders are taken through our telephone ordering system.
*
Confirmation of goods ordered and delivery address will be
required by email.
*All
goods to be opened up and inspected for damages before driver
leaves. The company will not take responsibility for damages
after signing for goods.
*
In
the event the box is damaged when delivered, YOU MUST INSPECT
THE FIRE IMMEDIATELY for damages. Any damages will be against
the courier and the SHOP must be informed if the goods are
REFUSED or smaller items in the box require replacing.
*
Please write on the delivery note of any visual damages in
case of claims later on.
*
All gas and electric fires come with a 12 month guarantee.
*
All electric fires are supplied with a standard UK Plug -
YOU MUST supply yourself with a suitable adapter to comply
with Euro regulations to work on Spanish electrics. You can
connect on to an adapter or ask your local electrician to
hardwire a suitable European plug.
*Replacement
electric bulbs are not covered under warranty
*Any
electric fire that cannot be fixed will be replaced free of
charge within a 12 month period subject to normal reasonable
use and not caused by damage or misuse.
*
In the unlikeley event the goods become faulty within the
guarantee period Our aim is to send out part or complete replacements
as soon as possible.
* We reserve the right to have the complete damaged fire returned
to the shop before a suitable replacement is returned to you.

All guarantees are subject to to goods being fitted or installed
correctly as per manufactures instructions. We may require
further visual evidence in the unlikeley event of a dispute.
*To
keep are prices as keen as possible Discount Fireplace Centre
take over the manufacturers warranty. Because of this we will
not cover labour charges for replacement parts for electric
fires and upto 1 labour charge of £49 within the guarante
period for a gas fire plus parts.
*However,
over the years we have realised that over 80% of faults on
fires are caused by incorrect fitting. Possibly due to fitters
not being familier with a new product or just not reading
the instructions properly. Therefore, if a fire develops a
fault we will always insist on you calling the original fitter
out to check the installation and if the fault still persists
then a full written report by email plus visual proof of fitters
qualifications.

If
instructions are missing, please contact the shop and we will
do our best to replace them.
*
Delivery
is included in the price UNLESS it says different.
Delivery
is through a UK courier well experienced in European delivery.
All
damages must be reported by telephone with 48 hours.
* A deposit of 10-30% may be required before your fire is
ordered. Your receipt will be posted out with your goods.
The balance is taken before the fire is delivered to your
address. The balance remaining and the receipt is usually
posted within the box.
* And remember Please Do Not email the shop with your
credit card details.
